血栓性疾病发病率高、危害性大,目前尚缺乏理想的防治药物。本文利用新的纯化方法从蚯蚓体内提取到纤溶酶成分,其纯度高、工艺简单,静脉用药后,在动物体内产生明显的抗栓、溶栓作用,经检测有关血液指标发现该样品有显著的抗凝及增强纤溶作用,初步证实蚯蚓纤溶酶具有血栓防、治的双重性。
The incidence of thrombotic diseases is high and the harm is large. At present, there is still a lack of ideal prevention and treatment drugs. This article uses a new purification method to extract plasmin from quail in vivo. Its high purity and simple process result in obvious antithrombotic and thrombolytic effects in animals after intravenous administration. The blood samples were found to be significant in this sample. The anticoagulant and fibrinolytic effects of fibrinolysis initially confirmed that fibrinolytic enzyme has the duality of thrombosis prevention and treatment.
