目的探讨直线加速器三维适形放疗腹腔淋巴结转移癌的疗效。方法选择40例腹腔淋巴结转移癌患者,采用直线加速器三维适形放疗技术,DT 3~6Gy/次,3~5次/周,10~20次为一疗程,平均62Gy为一疗程。结果治疗后3~6月CT复查,CR11例,PR28例,总有效率97.5%。所有病例KPS评分均提高,未出现严重并发症。结论直线加速器三维适形治疗技术治疗腹腔淋巴结转移癌,具有疗效可靠,正常组织损伤轻的优点,可作为临床首选的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of linear accelerator three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on abdominal lymph node metastasis. Methods 40 cases of patients with celiac lymph node metastasis were treated with linear three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (DT 3 ~ 6 Gy / time, 3 ~ 5 times / week, 10 ~ 20 times) with a mean of 62 Gy. Results 3 to 6 months after treatment CT review, CR11 cases, PR28 cases, the total effective rate was 97.5%. All cases KPS scores were increased, no serious complications. Conclusion The three-dimensional linear conformal technique of linear accelerator in the treatment of patients with celiac lymph node metastasis has the advantages of reliable curative effect and light damage to normal tissues, which can be used as the first choice of clinical treatment.
