提升检查机关的执法公信力并非空泛的口号,而是一个现实的难题。在我国,伴随着改革的进一步深入,社会结构转型和体制转轨过程中,检察机关在政治、经济、社会领域取得的成绩有目共睹,而检察机关的执法公信力却出现了危机,这些来源于多方面因素。本文从执法公信力的基础理论,我国检察机关执法公信力的现状,不足因素,现实意义和对策这几方面来浅谈我国检察机关的执法公信力,以期提高检察机关的法律监督能力建设,进一步提升检察机关的执法公信力。
Improving the credibility of law enforcement by inspection agencies is not a vague slogan, but a real problem. In our country, with the further deepening of reform, the transformation of social structure and the transition of the system, the achievements made by the procuratorial organs in the political, economic and social fields are obvious to all. However, the procuratorial organs have experienced a crisis in the credibility of law enforcement due to various factors . This paper discusses the credibility of law enforcement of procuratorial organs in our country from the aspects of the basic theory of law-abiding credibility, the status quo, deficiencies, practical significance and countermeasures of our country’s procuratorial organs’credit credibility, with a view to enhancing the legal supervision ability of procuratorial organs and further enhancing the procuratorial organs’ Law enforcement credibility.
