本文根据对七台球罐表面缺陷的检测,分析了缺陷产生的原因。并通过对裂纹补焊前后的应力比较,认为对裂纹过多的补焊将产生不良后果,应通过断裂力学计算来确定不同球罐的裂纹容限尺寸。文中提出应注意减少施工中的机械损伤以减少球罐的表面裂纹。
Based on the detection of the surface defects of the seven-ball tank, the causes of the defects were analyzed. Through the comparison of the stress before and after the crack repair, it is considered that the repairing welding with too much crack will produce bad results. The crack tolerance size of different spherical tanks should be determined by fracture mechanics calculation. It is suggested that the mechanical damage during construction should be reduced so as to reduce the surface cracks of the spherical tank.
