目的:解野葛生长习性和葛根活性物质含量的动态变化。方法:以实地调查的方式观测野葛的生长发育情况,《中国药典》方法测定醇溶性浸出物的含量,高效液相法测定葛根中葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元的含量,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,苯酚-硫酸法测定葛根多糖含量。结果:初步揭示了野葛的生长发育情况;发现葛根中各活性物质含量变化有一定规律,1~12月份中以8,9月份各活性物质含量最高,不同年限葛根各活性物质含量随年限增长而增高。结论:研究了野葛生长发育过程与葛根各活性物质积累之间的关系和机制,为野葛的采收、合理开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the dynamic changes of the growth habit of kudzu and the content of active substance in kudzu root. Results: The growth and development of Pueraria lobata was initially revealed. The content of each active substance in Pueraria lobata showed a certain rule. The contents of active substances in August and September from January to December were the highest, and the content of active substances in Pueraria lobata increased with the years And increased. Conclusion: The relationship and mechanism between the growth and development of Pueraria lobata and the accumulation of active substances in Pueraria lobata were studied. The results provided some scientific evidences for the recovery and utilization of Pueraria lobata.
