随着对外警务交流的日益增多和涉外案事件的频发,当今的警务翻译与警务行动一样,对快速反应的要求越来越高。为应对这一挑战,传统的纯人工笔译显得力不从心,计算机辅助翻译(CAT)则有着巨大优势。CAT需要翻译语料库的支持,语料库规模越大,其功效则越好。目前国内警务翻译语料库十分短缺,警务部门需要建设符合保密要求的大型翻译语料库。为此,本文主要采用价值工程原理对高性价比的语料库进行设计,以优质、快速、低成本地开展大型警务翻译语料库建设。
With the increase of external police exchanges and the frequent occurrences of foreign-related cases, the current police translation and police operations have become increasingly demanding on rapid response. In order to meet this challenge, traditional purely manual translation can not help but computer aided translation (CAT) has great advantages. CAT requires translation corpus support, the larger the corpus size, the better its efficacy. At present, there is a shortage of domestic corpus of police translators, and the police department needs to build a large translator corpus that meets the confidentiality requirements. To this end, this paper mainly adopts the value engineering principle to design a high-cost corpus, and constructs a large-scale police translator corpus with high quality, fast and low cost.
