目的分析手术室腔镜器械消毒灭菌方法 .方法回顾性分析我院2012年8月至2014年6月收治的100例接受腔镜手术的患者所用器械的消毒灭菌资料.结果观察组的灭菌时间明显比对照组短.灭菌后有效时间明显比对照组长.灭菌阴性率明显比对照组高.阳性率明显比对照组低,灭菌操作人员不良反应发生率明显比对照组低,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在对手术室腔镜器械的消毒灭菌过程中运用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌拒较戊二醛具有较短的周期、较长的有效期、较高的灭菌阴性率等.值得在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the method of disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods The data of disinfection and sterilization of 100 instruments used in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery in our hospital from August 2012 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The observation group The time of bacteria was significantly shorter than the control group.The effective time after sterilization was obviously longer than that of the control group.The negative rate of sterilization was obviously higher than that of the control group.The positive rate was obviously lower than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions of the sterilization operator was obviously lower than that of the control group (P0.05) .Conclusion In the sterilization of operating room endoscopic instruments, the sterilization by hydrogen peroxide plasma has a shorter period than that of glutaraldehyde, and the longer Validity, high sterilization negative rate, etc. It is worth in the clinical promotion.
