目的：探讨我院中药不良反应发生的特点与规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2009年1月-2013年12月年收集的59例中药不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果：60岁以上的老年患者为不良反应的高发群体；注射剂是引起不良反应的主要剂型；活血类药物不良反应发生率最高；不良反应累及器官/系统中以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见。结论：提高临床合理用药水平，降低不良反应发生率。“,”OBJECTIVE:To analyze feature and regularity of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) . METHODS:Retrospective study was used to count and analyze 59 ADR cases induced by TCM in our hospital from 2009. 01-2013. 12. RESULTS:Of 59 ADR cases,the incidence of ADR was the highest in senile patients. Main dosage form induing ADR was injection. The main type was the blood-activating formula. The The main clinical manifestation was lesion of skin and its appendants. CONCLUSION:Improve rational drug use ,reduce the incidence ofADR.
