目的对常用的几种进口和国产的医用诊断X射线剂量仪的能量响应特性进行比较研究。方法在标准X射线辐射场中采用替代法完成剂量测量。结果国产RD98诊断剂量仪与进口剂量仪能量响应性能均符合IEC要求。结论半导体探测器的诊断剂量仪与空气电离室剂量仪具有相同的能响变化范围。
Objective To compare the energy response characteristics of several imported and domestic medical diagnostic X-ray dosimeters. Methods An alternative method was used to complete the dose measurement in a standard X-ray field. Results Domestic RD98 diagnostic dosimeter and imported dosimeter energy response performance are in line with IEC requirements. Conclusion The diagnostic dosimeter for semiconductor detectors has the same range of response as the air ionization chamber dosimeter.
