为检验卫星传输系统性能,一般在卫星发射以后,经入轨调试阶段,然后进行卫星在轨测试,测量卫星在轨道上运行时的参数。对于卫星高度为36000km 的地球同步轨道卫星,它对地面相对静止,在轨测试比较容易,国内外也有较成熟的一套测量技术。对于卫星高度为900km 左右的太阳同步极地轨道卫星,由于卫星相对地球以每秒7.4km 左右的速度绕地球运行,因此对运动着的卫星进行在轨测试确实有一定的难度。到目前为止,国内尚无其他单位对极轨卫星进行过在轨测试。这次我们利用风云一号极轨卫星在轨正常运行期间,用 HP71100型频谱分析仪进行甚高分辨率云图 HRPT 传输信道的 EIRP 和 f(在轨运行的载波频率)的测试,其结果令人满意。
