我国创业板的启动,对发现并扶植战略型创新企业成长、优化产业结构、完善我国多层次资本市场体系具有重大意义。三年来,创业板在为我们带来福利的同时,其发展过程中暴露出的诸多问题使我们重新关注创业板风险。本文将从创业板市场、上市公司、投资者、证券服务机构等不同层面对其风险进行分析识别,提出相应的风险防控措施,促进创业板市场可持续发展。
The launching of the GEM of our country is of great significance to discovering and fostering the growth of strategic innovative enterprises, optimizing the industrial structure and perfecting the multi-level capital market system in our country. In the past three years, while the GEM has brought us benefits, many problems exposed in the development process have prompted us to re-focus on the GEM risks. This article will analyze and identify the risks at different levels such as the GEM, listed companies, investors and securities service agencies and put forward corresponding risk prevention and control measures to promote the sustainable development of the GEM.
