沥青混合料的现场压实是施工过程中的重要工序,它直接影响沥青路面的耐久性和使用性能。该文研究了不同现场碾压模式与沥青面层压实均匀性的关系,涉及到多种不同热拌沥青混合料类型的压实过程,并从路面上多个不同位置钻芯取样进行试验,根据沥青混合料压实后空隙分布情况分析了不同碾压模式对路面压实均匀性的影响,同时研究了现场压实与室内压实的相关性。
Asphalt compaction site compaction is an important process in the construction process, which directly affects the durability and performance of asphalt pavement. In this paper, the relationship between different rolling patterns on the ground and compaction uniformity of asphalt pavement is studied. The compaction process of many hot mix asphalt mixtures is involved. The core samples are taken from many different locations on the pavement, The influence of different rolling modes on the compaction uniformity of pavement is analyzed according to the distribution of void after compaction of asphalt mixture, and the correlation between on-site compaction and indoor compaction is also studied.
