花28是山东省花生研究所用花17作母本,徐州68—4作父本,通过杂交选育而成的早熟花生品种。该品种生育期130天左右,属早熟中粒花生。株形直立,分枝9个左右,主茎高35厘米。出苗整齐,生长繁茂,茎蔓健壮,抗倒伏。连续开花,结果集中,结实率高。叶深绿色,倒卵形,叶片挺举,株间通风透光好,适于密植。荚果为普通形,较小,整齐而饱满,网纹细浅。百果重180克左右,种皮粉红色,子仁椭圆形,百仁重80克左右。
