目的了解达州市婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌污染情况,对制定相关措施提高科学依据。方法对采集全市婴幼儿食品,依照食品微生物检验国家标准GB 4789.40-2010进行阪崎肠杆菌的检测。结果每年采集的婴幼儿食品均有阪崎肠杆菌检出,共计16份样品,并且均在婴幼儿谷物辅助食品中检出。其中,2012年的阪崎肠杆菌检出率最高,为26.83%;采至城郊集镇和所辖县市的样品检出率高于达州市主城区,分别为57.14%和25.00%;适宜年龄段中,学龄前儿童(3~6岁)段婴幼儿食品阪崎肠杆菌检出率最高,为66.67%。结论达州市婴幼儿食品存在阪崎肠杆菌污染,需加强对全市婴幼儿食品的监督和管理,尤其是婴幼儿谷物辅助食品。
Objective To understand the contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant food in Dazhou City and to improve the scientific basis for the formulation of relevant measures. Methods The samples of infant food in the city were collected and tested for Enterobacter sakazakii according to the national standard GB 4789.40-2010 of the food microorganism test. Results A total of 16 samples of infant food were detected in Enterobacter sakazakii every year and were detected in infant cereal supplementary food. Among them, the detection rate of Enterobacter sakazakii in 2012 was the highest (26.83%); the detection rate of samples taken to the suburban market towns and counties and cities was 57.14% and 25.00% respectively, and the suitable age range Among them, the detection rate of Enterobacter sakazakii was the highest in preschool children (3 ~ 6 years old), which was 66.67%. Conclusion There is contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in infants and young children’s food in Dazhou. Supervision and management of infants and young children’s food in the city should be strengthened, especially for infant and young children.
