目的 :探讨糖尿病对青春发育期大鼠血清和心、肝、肾组织细胞代谢的影响。方法 :分糖尿病 ( D)、胰岛素及时治疗 ( DCIR)、胰岛素延迟治疗 ( DDIR)、对照 ( C)组。采用日本日立牌 71 50型生化自动分析仪测试。结果 :D组显著升高的有 GPT,AKP,GOT,LAP和 CK,心、肾组织中显著下降的有 GOT,ICDH,CK,心组织中还有 GPT和 GLDH,肾组织中还有 LAP,肝组织中显著下降有GOT,LAP和 CK,胰岛素替代治疗上述指标有明显改善。结论 :糖尿病对青春期大鼠血清及心、肝、肾组织多种细胞酶代谢有显著影响 ,胰岛素及时治疗效果显著优于延迟治疗。
Objective: To investigate the effect of diabetes on cell metabolism in serum, heart, liver and kidney of rats during puberty. Methods: Diabetes mellitus (D), insulin immediate treatment (DCIR), insulin delayed treatment (DDIR), control group (C). Japan’s Hitachi 71 50 biochemical analyzer test. Results: There were significantly increased GPT, AKP, GOT, LAP and CK in group D, GOT, ICDH and CK in heart and kidney tissue, GPT and GLDH in heart tissue, LAP in renal tissue, Significant decrease in liver tissue with GOT, LAP and CK, insulin replacement therapy significantly improved the above indicators. Conclusion: Diabetes mellitus has a significant effect on the metabolism of various cellular enzymes in serum, heart, liver and kidney in adolescent rats. The prompt insulin treatment is superior to delayed treatment.
