探讨了肥料增效剂聚-γ-谷氨酸(poly-γ-glutamic acid,PGA)对改进‘无籽椪柑’和‘翡翠柚’果实品质的影响。结果表明,100和200 mg·L-1PGA处理后,‘无籽椪柑’果实的可溶性固形物含量极显著高于CK,果实变甜,内含物质更丰富,单果重极显著高于CK,果实增大,且果个均匀;100 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的可滴定酸含量极显著高于CK,果实风味更浓;200 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的果皮重极显著高于CK。200和300 mg·L-1PGA处理后,‘翡翠柚’果实的可溶性固形物含量极显著高于CK;200 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的Vc含量极显著高于100 mg·L-1PGA处理及CK;300 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的可食率极显著高于100 mg·L-1PGA处理及CK,果皮光滑度明显改善。
The effect of poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA), a fertilizer synergist, on fruit quality of ’Ponkan’ and ’Emerald Pomelo’ was discussed. After 200 mg · L-1 PGA treatment, the content of Vc in fruit was significantly higher than that of 100 mg · L-1 PGA After treated with CK and 300 mg · L-1 PGA, the edible rate of fruit was significantly higher than that of 100 mg · L-1 PGA and CK, and the smoothness of the peel was significantly improved.
