随着旅游业向大众化、产业化发展的日趋明显,游客更加注重旅游活动的自主性、灵活性和多样性,由“自驾游、自助游、自由行”构成的“三自旅游”已成为多数人出游的主要方式。在信息化、网络化软硬件不断完善的今天,旅游过程中需要的服务都可以在网络中自由的选择,需要获知的信息也都可以在网络中得到解答,以旅行社为核心进行组织的传统旅游正逐渐被以旅游信息服务为核心的全新旅游模式所取代,因此能够适应“三自”时代下的旅游公共服务的体系必然是以旅游信息服务为核心的服务体系。本文通过对滨湖区旅游公共服务体系的现状分析,对不足之处提出对策和建议,以期为滨湖区旅游公共服务体系的发展提供一些有益借鉴。
