当前,我国的经济飞速发展,现代化改革不断推进,水电工程等项目施工规模迅速扩大。但是,由于水电工程项目施工难度和复杂程度的不断提升,其管理的要求也越来越多,管理的内容也越来越繁杂,实施相应的精细化施工管理也就成为了极为重要的一个发展趋势,其能够针对整个工程项目中各个环节以及各个方面进行严格的控制和把关,保障项目的顺利实施。本文主要从水电工程施工项目经营中的问题出发,对项目精细化管理的实施进行了深入的探讨,以进一步促进水电工程建设的可持续发展。
