RECK是近年来发现的新型基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂,研究表明RECK可以在转录后抑制多种基质金属蛋白酶的表达,调节细胞外基质的降解,在恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移、类风湿性关节炎和牙周病的发生和发展中起着重要作用。本文将就RECK及其与牙周病的关系的最新研究进展做一综述。
