测定了新生儿窒息２１例血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性，并同１８例正常对照组比较．结果表明，轻度窒息患儿血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与正常对照组相比有下降趋势，但无统计学意义．重度窒息组患儿血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与正常对照组相比显著降低．
The activity of glutathione peroxidase in 21 cases of neonatal asphyxia was measured and compared with 18 normal control group. The results show that children with mild asphyxia in the blood glutathione peroxidase compared with the normal control group has a downward trend, but not statistically significant. Severe asphyxia group of children with glutathione peroxidase in the blood was significantly lower than the normal control group.
