目的探讨中等运动强度对2型糖尿病患者餐后2h血糖的影响。方法选取2012年10月-2013年10月在本科门诊就诊的符合纳入标准的2型糖尿病患者65例,按照入院就诊日期的单双数分成Ⅰ组32例和Ⅱ组33例,Ⅰ组患者进行户外快步走20min;Ⅱ组患者进行户外快步走30min,两组步行速度控制在120步/min。分别监测两组对照日餐后2h血糖及运动后2h血糖并记录两组患者耗氧量水平。结果运动后组间比较显示,Ⅱ组餐后2h血糖(6.29±1.2)mmol/L明显低于Ⅰ组(7.8±1.3)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较显示:Ⅰ组运动后餐后2h血糖低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组运动干预后餐后2h血糖低于运动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早餐后1h户外快速步行30min,速度控制在120步/min,能够很好的控制餐后2h血糖水平,有较好的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of moderate exercise intensity on 2h postprandial blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Sixty-five patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who met the inclusion criteria from October 2012 to October 2013 were divided into group I (32 cases) and group II (33 cases) according to the date of admission. The patients in group I Outdoor fast walking 20min; Ⅱ group of patients walking outdoors fast 30min, walking speed control in both groups of 120 steps / min. The blood glucose of 2h after the control and 2h after exercise were respectively monitored and the oxygen consumption of both groups were recorded. Results After exercise, the blood glucose (6.29 ± 1.2) mmol / L at 2h postprandially in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ (7.8 ± 1.3) mmol / L, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The intra-group comparison showed that the blood glucose of group 2 was lower than that of group 2h after exercise (P <0.05), and the level of blood glucose of group 2 was lower than that before exercise at 2h <0.05). Conclusion 1h after breakfast fast outdoor walk 30min, speed control at 120 steps / min, can be well controlled 2h postprandial blood glucose levels, have a better promotional value.
