心脏是甲状腺激素重要的靶器官之一,甲状腺激素通过基因和非基因途径影响心肌收缩力、舒张功能、心率、血管外周阻力和心排出量。随着研究的不断深入,甲状腺功能减退对心力衰竭的影响逐渐得到关注。心衰患者常出现甲状腺功能减退,即使这种异常状态的存在被认为是一种适应性的保护反应,但低甲状腺功能状态仍具有潜在的负性作用,其可引起心功能逐步恶化、心肌重塑、是一个强有力的死亡预测因子。结合最新及早期研究证据,我们的研究总结了甲状腺功能减退对心力衰竭的影响及分子机制。在临床实践中,关注心衰患者的甲状腺功能变化,并给与适当干预至关重要。
The heart is one of the important target organs of thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone affects myocardial contractility, diastolic function, heart rate, peripheral vascular resistance and cardiac output through gene and non-gene pathways. With the continuous deepening of research, the impact of hypothyroidism on heart failure gradually gets attention. Hypothyroidism often occurs in patients with heart failure, even though the presence of this abnormal state is considered an adaptive protective response, hypothyroidism still has a potentially negative effect that can cause progressive deterioration of cardiac function, Plasticity is a powerful predictor of death. Combined with the latest and early evidence, our study summarizes the effects of hypothyroidism on heart failure and its molecular mechanisms. In clinical practice, attention to changes in thyroid function in patients with heart failure, and to give appropriate intervention is essential.
