如何使中小企业尽快走出困境,为经济跨越式发展做出贡献,这是各级政府及企业领导迫切需要解决的一个课题。中小企业普遍存在产业层次低、技术装备落后、核心能力弱、个性差异性大、整体竞争能力不强的问题,特别是压在县域级中小企业身上巨大的债务包袱和人员包袱解决难度大。近两年,蛟河工业从低谷徘徊中逐渐走出困境,并出现转机明朗的发展势头,就是在创新发展思路,积极寻求和探索使中小企业尽快走出困境的有效途径和办法,扩大经济总量,激发企业活力方面做了一些探索,集中体现在“甩、破、卖、活”这个思路和实践上。
How to make SMEs out of the predicament as quickly as possible, and make contributions to the leap-forward development of the economy, is an issue that governments and business leaders at all levels urgently need to solve. SMEs generally have the problems of low industrial level, backward technical equipment, weak core competence, large differences in individuality, and low overall competitiveness. In particular, it is difficult to solve the huge debt burden and personnel burden on SMEs at county level. In the past two years, the Luohe industry has gradually emerged from the predicament and emerged a bright momentum of development. It is to develop innovative ideas, actively seek and explore effective ways and means to enable SMEs to emerge from the predicament as soon as possible, and expand economic aggregates. Some explorations have been done to stimulate the vitality of the enterprise, which are embodied in the ideas and practices of “fighting, breaking, selling, and living”.
