目的观察丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液对化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法纳入60例化疗后患有口腔黏膜炎的患者,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组均给予常规口腔护理和饮食指导,在此基础上对照组给予0.02%呋喃西林含漱,治疗组加用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果与对照组相比,治疗组总有效率显著提高(P<0.05),治愈时间显著缩短(P<0.05),生活质量评分显著增加(P<0.05)。结论丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液治疗化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of alanyl glutamine injection on chemotherapy-related oral mucositis. Methods Sixty patients with oral mucositis after chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both groups were given routine oral care and diet guidance, on the basis of the control group given 0.02% nitrofurazone rinse, the treatment group with alanyl glutamine injection intravenous infusion therapy. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.05), the healing time was significantly shortened (P <0.05), and the quality of life score was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusions Alanylglutamine injection has significant effect on chemotherapy-associated oral mucositis.
