进入四年级后,我班的学生在学习和行为上已经不同于一二年级的孩子了。他们爱学习,守纪律,讲卫生,懂礼貌,惟一不足的是自觉性还不太强。比如,在早读课上,教师在教室里时,他们能自觉读书;一旦教师离开教室,他们便开始讲话、做小动作等。我是看在眼里,急在心里。为此,我曾多次谈时间的重要性,但却收效甚微。
After entering the fourth grade, the students in my class have been different from those in first and second grade children in learning and behavior. They love learning, discipline, hygiene, politeness, the only downside is that consciousness is not too strong. For example, during early morning classes, teachers can read books when they are in the classroom. Once teachers leave the classroom, they start to talk and do tricks. I see in the eyes, anxious in my heart. For this reason, I have talked about the importance of time many times but with little success.
