近年来对于自由基的研究日趋增多,已成为分子生物学研究中引人注目的课题。机体在代谢过程中不断产生自由基,它可参与生理、病理、生化等过程,因此自由基与某些疾病的发生与衰老、生物免疫过程都有极密切的关系。药物在机体内与酶、受体蛋白、核酸等物质相互作用,生成中间代谢产物,这个中间代谢产物常常是以自由基的形式出现,它可使细胞的功能发生改变,从而表现药物的作用与毒性。现将自由基与药物的有关问题简述如下。
In recent years, the research on free radicals is increasing day by day, which has become an attractive topic in molecular biology research. The body constantly produce free radicals in the metabolic process, it can participate in the process of physiology, pathology, biochemistry and so on, so the occurrence of free radicals and certain diseases and aging, biological immune process has a very close relationship. Drugs in the body with enzymes, receptor proteins, nucleic acids and other substances interact to generate intermediate metabolites, the intermediate metabolites often appear in the form of free radicals, it can make the cell’s function changes, thus showing the role of drugs and toxicity. The free radicals and drugs related issues are briefly described below.
