过去,在相当长的一段时间里,我们曾经宣传和倡导不分层次地用共产主义劳动态度来要求全社会的一切劳动者。结果只得到少数先进分子的响应,而对于广大普通劳动者来说,却是“好听好说就是不好做”,没有起到调动劳动积极性的作用。在总结了过去经验教训的基础上,《中共中央关于社会主义精神文明建设指导方针的决议》指出,为了实现现阶段我国各族人民的共同理想,“一切用诚实劳动争取美好生活的积极思想和精神,都应当加以尊重、保护和发扬”。这里所指出的“诚实劳动”,我认为就是社会主义劳动态度,它与共产主义劳动态度相比,虽然是低了一个层次,但却更符合现阶段我国社会主义建设和改革的现实,更接近现阶段普通劳动者的觉悟程度。因而,在广大劳动者中提倡诚实劳动,是社会主义建设中的一个重要课题。那么,什么样的劳动才是诚实劳动呢?这是每一个劳动者首先应当弄清的一个问题。根据《决议》的基本精神和劳动社会学的基本原理,联系社会主义建设中在劳动问题上的经验教训,特别是针对现阶段的特点,我认为诚实劳动无论在内涵还是外延上都是很丰富的,主要表现在以下四个方面: 诚实劳动表现在流动形态上,要有积极、实干、创造的精神,而不是出工不出力。劳动的流动形态,马克思称作活劳动,即劳动者正在进行的劳
