2010年12月14日,随着市委副书记叶明,市委常委、秘书长许勤华触动水晶球启用专题网页,由杭州市“律师进社区”工作指导协调小组、中共杭州市委建设“法治杭州”工作领导小组办公室主办,杭州市律师协会、杭州生活品质网承办的杭州“网络律师团”活动正式启动。一个由党委政府倡导、结合律师行业优势、借助网络优势的社会公共服务平台正式诞生。
