目的应用电灼术治疗宫颈糜烂并探讨其疗效。方法选择对象为2007年7月～12月于我院就诊的慢性宫颈炎患者600例,对其中300例进行电灼治疗,300例行激光治疗作为对照组。结果术后3个月270例恢复正常,30例因炎症较重需行第二次治疗。结论电灼治疗是目前最简单、快捷、安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective To apply electrocautery in the treatment of cervical erosion and to explore its curative effect. Methods Six hundred patients with chronic cervicitis treated in our hospital from July 2007 to December 2007 were selected. 300 of them were treated by electrocautery and 300 were treated with laser as control group. Results 270 cases returned to normal after 3 months and 30 cases needed the second treatment due to severe inflammation. Conclusion Electrosurgery is the simplest, fastest, safe and effective surgical method.
