对氧化亚铁硫杆菌( Tf 菌) 氧化黄铜矿的直接作用、间接作用及两者的耦合作用进行了研究。研究结果表明,Tf 菌的直接作用、Fe3+ 的化学氧化作用和两者的耦合作用的浸铜结果分别为1691 g/L,128 g/L,1456 g/L,说明Tf 菌对黄铜矿的直接氧化作用占主导地位。
Direct, indirect and their coupling effects on the oxidized chalcopyrite of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans (Tf bacteria) were studied. The results showed that the direct effects of T.f bacteria, the chemical oxidation of Fe3 + and the copper immersion of the two were 1691 g / L, 128 g / L and 1456 g / L respectively, This indicates that the direct oxidation of T f bacteria to chalcopyrite is dominant.
