尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶是从尖吻蝮蛇毒液中提取分离出的蛇毒类凝血酶,具有良好的止血作用,临床应用广泛。近年来国内有文献报道,本品可致过敏反应,现概述如下:曾秀燕等报道,患男,42岁,因行胃癌姑息切除术,术前给予注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶2U静注,约1分钟出现血压下降至44/30mmHg,全身皮疹,气道压显著增高,即予抗过敏休克治疗,1小时后测血压102/60mmHg,症状缓解~([1])。
