目前,已建立许多实验室方法(包括化学及酶改变肿瘤细胞表面或肿瘤细胞与蛋白载体结合)提高肿瘤细胞的免疫原性,以期获得实验或临床用肿瘤疫苗。本文作者采用不同的方法处理带瘤(L1210)DBA/2Cr小鼠腹水细胞,制备肿瘤疫苗(L1210疫苗),并以BALB/c×DBA/2Cr杂交第一代成年雄性小鼠为对象,观察不同方法制备的L1210疫苗免疫原性。
