目前,中国已经成为电子产品的生产和消费大国,由于经济发展水平低、经济结构不平衡的限制,造成电子废弃物的回收处理一直还很不规范,尤其是在环境保护和可持续发展日益被人们所关注的今天,电子废弃物的回收处理更是备受关注。生产者责任延伸机制(EPR)是目前发达国家在电子废弃物管理中采取的主要模式,而目前我国正在着手构建电子废弃物循环体系,因此有必要在对比发达国家EPR制度的基础上,对我国EPR制度进行探讨。
At present, China has become a big producer and consumer of electronic products. Especially in the increasingly environment protection and sustainable development People are concerned today, the recycling of electronic waste is even more attention. EPR is the main mode taken by developed countries in the management of e-waste at present. At present, our country is starting to build the e-waste recycling system. Therefore, it is necessary to compare the EPR system in developed countries with our country EPR system to explore.
