目的评估超声引导下细针穿刺活检(US-FNAB)及超声引导下粗针穿刺活检(UG-CNB)在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用价值。方法 200例甲状腺结节患者,均行超声引导下穿刺抽吸活检,随机分为A组(行US-FNAB)及B组(行UG-CNB),各100例。对比两种方法的取样失败率、恶性符合率及术后出血率。结果 B组恶性符合率(96.67%)及术后出血率(7.00%)高于A组(86.21%、1.00%),取样失败率(2.00%)低于A组(9.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UG-CNB取样失败率低,诊断准确率高,可做为诊断甲状腺结节的有效方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy (US-FNAB) and ultrasound-guided gross needle biopsy (UG-CNB) in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 200 patients with thyroid nodules underwent ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy and were randomly divided into group A (US-FNAB) and group B (UG-CNB), with 100 cases in each. Comparing the two methods of sampling failure rate, malignant coincidence rate and postoperative bleeding rate. Results The coincidence rate (96.67%) and postoperative bleeding rate (7.00%) in group B were higher than those in group A (86.21%, 1.00%), and the sampling failure rate was 2.00%, lower than that in group A (9.00%) Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The low failure rate of UG-CNB sampling and high diagnostic accuracy can be used as an effective method for the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
