烧伤创面的处理常用的方法有如下数种。早期清创术【解析】适用于在休克基本稳定。【方法】目前多采用简单清创术,并在镇痛下剃净创面周围的毛发,用1.25%碘伏清洗创面及创面周围的健康皮肤,再用生理盐水反复冲洗,剪去腐皮,大水疱可作低位引流,小水疱可暂时保留。然后采用合适的方式保护创面。中小面积或无休克伤员,可立即进行清创。
