目的 探讨精神分裂症病人各脑叶CT 值的变化及其与精神症状的相关性。方法 62 例精神分裂症病人评定阳性症状量表(SAPS) 和阴性症状量表(SANS) ,测定各脑叶CT 值,并与年龄、性别匹配的健康对照组比较。结果 病人组左额叶及两侧枕叶CT 值显著高于对照组;精神分裂症Ⅰ、Ⅱ型及混合型之间各脑叶CT 值无显著差异,不同病程病人CT 值无显著差异,但SAPS 及SANS 因子分与各脑叶CT 值的相关分析显示,妄想与右额叶及两侧枕叶、怪异行为与右额叶、阳性思维形式障碍及SAPS 总分与两侧枕叶、注意障碍与左额叶CT 值均呈显著正相关,兴趣缺乏/ 社交缺乏与右额叶显著负相关;CT 值有性别差异。结论 大脑亚微结构的异常,可能是精神分裂症某些症状的病理基础。
Objective To investigate the change of CT value of brain lobes in schizophrenia patients and its correlation with mental symptoms. Methods Sixty-two patients with schizophrenia were assessed for positive symptoms scale (SAPS) and negative symptoms scale (SANS). The CT values of each brain were measured and compared with age-matched and healthy-matched controls. Results CT value of the left frontal lobe and occipital lobe of both sides was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in CT value of each lobe between schizophrenia type Ⅰ, Ⅱ and mixed type. There was no significant difference in CT value between the two groups Correlation analysis of SAPS, SANS and CT value of each brain lobe showed that delusions and occipital lobe, right and left frontal lobe, positive forms of thinking disorders, SAPS total score and bilateral occipital lobe, attention disorder And left frontal lobe CT values were significantly positive correlation, lack of interest / social deficit and right frontal lobe significant negative correlation; CT values have gender differences. Conclusion The abnormalities of the sub-micro-structure of the brain may be the pathological basis of some symptoms of schizophrenia.
