本文介绍利用ICP/6500单道扫描光谱仪测定尿液中Ca、Mg、Mo、Mn、Co、Cu、Sr、Na、K等元素。试样只需经过简单处理便可用于测量。试验中采取分析谱线优化、背景干扰校正、标准加基体改进技术和在炬管口上加延伸管的方式,使一次取样顺序测定上述元素,分析结果达到要求。1.标准溶液制备;人体内90%多的钠钾经尿排出,因此尿液中具有高浓度的Na、K和尿素,而其它元素的含量甚微,配制混合标准溶液时应考虑这一特点。
This article describes the determination of Ca, Mg, Mo, Mn, Co, Cu, Sr, Na, K and other elements in urine by ICP / 6500 single channel scanning spectrometer. The sample can be used for measurement only after simple processing. In the experiment, the analytical line optimization, the background interference correction, the standard plus matrix improvement technique and the extension of the tube on the torch nozzle were adopted to make the above elements sequenced at a time and the analysis results met the requirements. 1. Preparation of standard solution; More than 90% of sodium and potassium in the human body is excreted through the urine, so urine has high concentration of Na, K and urea, while the content of other elements is very small. This feature should be considered in the preparation of mixed standard solution .
