湖北省天然气发展有限公司为湖北能源集团下属全资子公司(法人独资),于2009年6月,日在湖北省工商局注册登记成立,注册地位于武汉市东湖开发区,注册资本金人民币5亿元。作为湖北省政府全省天然气资源调控平台及湖北能源集团下属天然气业务发展平台,公司主要负责全省天然气管道、门站、储气调峰设施以及城市燃气等项目的投资、建设和经营管理;代表省政府与中石化、中石油等上游天然气公司签订天然气总买总卖协议,负责向下游城市燃气公司或大用户供应天然气;以及从事与天然气相关技术的开发与应用等。
Hubei Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Energy Group (wholly-owned by legal person) and was registered in Hubei Administration of Industry and Commerce on June, 2009 with the registered address in Donghu Development Zone, Wuhan with a registered capital of RMB5 100 million yuan. As the natural gas resource regulation and control platform of Hubei Provincial Government and the development platform of natural gas business under Hubei Energy Group, the company is mainly responsible for the investment, construction and operation management of the province’s natural gas pipeline, gate station, gas storage and emission control facilities as well as urban gas and other projects; The provincial government signed an agreement with the upstream natural gas companies Sinopec, PetroChina and other upstream natural gas companies to sell and sell natural gas. It is responsible for supplying natural gas to downstream city gas companies or large users; and engaging in the development and application of technologies related to natural gas.
