2008年是改革开放以来我市经济社会发展经受最严峻挑战的一年,全市上下坚持推进实施“标本兼治、保稳促调”战略部署,各项工作取得较好成效。2009年我市发展既面临前所未有的挑战,也面临前所未有的机遇。这既是我市加快项目推进、争取政策支持的机遇,也是降低企业成本、提高经济效益的机遇,更是促进经济结构转型升级、提高企业自主创新能力的机遇。
In 2008, since the reform and opening up, the economic and social development of our city has withstood the most severe challenge. The whole city insisted on the implementation of the strategic plan of “treating both the symptoms and the cause and maintaining the stability and promoting the adjustment”, and achieved good results in all the work. In 2009, the development of our city is facing unprecedented challenges as well as unprecedented opportunities. This is not only an opportunity for the city to speed up project promotion and fight for policy support, but also an opportunity to lower business costs and improve economic efficiency. It is also an opportunity to promote the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure and improve the capability of independent innovation of enterprises.
