目的研究分析升麻[Cimi-cifuga foetidaL.]挥发油中的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏提取升麻挥发油,并通过毛细管柱气相色谱/质谱联用技术对其成分进行分析。结果共得到了43个组分,鉴定了其中的21种化合物,并采用面积归一化法测定了其相对含量。已鉴定出的化合物约占挥发油总成分的76.40%。其中主要成分为棕榈酸,占所鉴定化合物的55.01%。结论首次对升麻的挥发油成分进行了分析。
Objective To study the chemical composition of volatile oil from Cimicifuga [Cimi-cifuga foetida L.]. Methods Steam distillation was used to extract volatile oil from Cimicifuga. The components were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Results A total of 43 components were obtained, 21 of which were identified and their relative content was determined by area normalization. The identified compounds accounted for about 76.40% of the total volatile oil components. The main component is palmitic acid, accounting for 55.01% of the identified compounds. Conclusion The volatile oil composition of Cimicifuga was analyzed for the first time.
