目的:探讨绩效管理模式在神经内科病房护理人员绩效工资分配的方法与效果。方法:从岗位管理分值、护理科教积分、护理工作量积分、护理质量积分、患者满意度分值、工作胜任能力、考试成绩、另外设附加分值作为特殊奖励等8个方面设计护理人员量化考核标准,进行动态量化绩效考核管理,每月汇总1次,按照考核结果分配绩效工资。结果:实行绩效管理后,我科护理工作的各项指标如护理质量、护士工作主动积极性及业务能力、病人满意度均明显提高,提高了护士、患者对护理工作的满意度,提升病房护理内涵质量,保证护理安全。结论:科学的绩效管理方法能提高护士、患者对护理工作的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the method and effect of the performance management model on the distribution of performance salary of nurses in neurology wards. Methods: The nursing staffs were quantified from eight aspects: job management score, nursing science and education score, nursing workload score, nursing quality score, patient satisfaction score, work competence, test scores, additional bonus points as special awards Assessment standards, dynamic quantitative performance appraisal management, a monthly summary 1, in accordance with the results of the allocation of performance pay. Results: After implementing performance management, the indicators of Nursing work such as quality of nursing, motivation and professional ability of nurses and patient satisfaction were significantly improved, nurses and patients were more satisfied with their nursing work, and the connotation of nurses’ care was improved Quality, to ensure the safety of care. Conclusion: Scientific performance management methods can improve nurses and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.
