以汇金大厦桩基施工为例,介绍了管桩(方桩)施工对周边管线、建筑物安全的影响及施工中采取的保护措施。通过采用分区轮流跳打法、控制沉桩速率、开挖防挤沟、应力释放孔及依据监测结果调整打桩流程等施工技术,确保了周边建筑物和地下管线的安全。
Taking the pile foundation construction of Huijin Building as an example, the influence of the construction of pipe pile (square pile) on the safety of surrounding pipelines and buildings and the protection measures taken during the construction are introduced. Through the use of partitioning and jumping method, controlling the rate of pile driving, excavation of anti-extrusion ditches, stress relief holes and adjusting the piling process according to the monitoring results, the construction technology ensures the safety of surrounding buildings and underground pipelines.
