做教师就应该当班主任,当班主任就要有爱心。师爱是我从教的动力,因为师爱是师德的核心。班级是学校教育的基本单元,是教师和学生开展学习活动的最基本组织形式;班级的管理就像是一个小型的社会,因此,要顺应时代,树立“以人为本”的管理理念,加强对班级的创新管理,让我们把爱的火炬传递给学生,让我们走进孩子心灵,用自己的爱心、精心、耐心、细心、恒心营造学生学习、生活的空间。
Teacher should be the class teacher, class teacher should have love. Teacher’s love is the motivation I teach, because teacher’s love is the core of teacher’s morality. Class is the basic unit of school education and the most basic organizational form for teachers and students to carry out learning activities. The management of classes is like a small society. Therefore, we must conform to the times and establish a “people-oriented” management philosophy, Class innovation management, let us pass the torch of love to students, let us into the child’s mind, with their own love, meticulous, patient, careful and perseverance to create a space for students to learn and live.
