眼后段给药一直是困扰医药工作者的一大难题。随着新型给药系统与给药技术的发展,近年眼后段给药取得了令人瞩目的进步。植入剂、生物可降解微粒、脂质体等新型给药系统及电离子导入给药技术在眼后段疾病的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。本文在检索国内外文献的基础上,综述眼后段给药的研究进展,包括治疗眼后段疾病的给药途径、新型给药系统及给药技术等。
Posterior segment dosing has always been a major problem for medical workers. With the development of new drug delivery systems and drug delivery technologies, remarkable progress has been made in the treatment of posterior eye segments in recent years. Novel drug delivery systems such as implants, biodegradable particles and liposomes and iontophoretic drug delivery technologies have broad applications in the treatment of diseases in the posterior segment of the eye. Based on the retrieval of domestic and foreign literatures, this review summarizes the research progress of posterior ophthalmic drug delivery, including the route of administration for the treatment of posterior eye diseases, new drug delivery systems and drug delivery techniques.
