目的:探讨无接触史的健康成年男女尿锰正常参考值上限。方法:收集某食品公司等单位中无锰接触史,职业健康体检正常的成年男女晨尿,以某机械制造公司等单位的锰接触者为对照组。用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿锰含量并进行统计分析。结果:正常人群尿锰95%上限值为5.77μg/L,锰职业暴露者尿锰含量检测结果显著高于健康人组(P<0.05)。结论:建议非职业接触人群尿锰上限参考值为5.77μg/L。
Objective: To investigate the upper limit of urinary manganese normal reference value in healthy adult men and women without contact history. Methods: The morning urine of adult men and women who had no history of exposure to manganese and normal occupational health examination were collected from a food company and the manganese contact persons of a certain machinery manufacturing company as the control group. The urine manganese content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and statistical analysis was performed. Results: The upper limit of 95% urinary manganese in normal population was 5.77μg / L, and the urinary manganese content in exposed workers was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is recommended that the reference value of urinary manganese in non-occupational exposure population is 5.77μg / L.
