用三烷基氧膦(TRPO)涂敷萃取色层分离铀的选择性很高。但多次淋洗,萃取剂难免流失。本文研究了TRPO合成萃淋树脂(代号CL-5401)柱分离铀、钍的性能,利用TRPO萃取纸色层法对柱淋洗条件进行预筛选。该柱性能稳定,使用30次以上流出液清亮,用于萃取磷酸和磷矿石中铀、钍的分离,具有选择性高、富集能力强、方法简便快速、分离效果好等优点。 (一)主要试剂 TRPO萃淋树脂(代号CL-5401,由核工业部北京第五研究所合成)。含50—60%TRPO取40—60目;干法装柱(ф0.8×5cm)。水浸泡一天,以5%Na_2CO_3过柱。水洗至中性。用2M HNO_3平衡备用。
The selectivity for the separation of uranium from the extraction colorant with trialkylphosphine oxide (TRPO) is high. However, many leaching, extractant is inevitable loss. In this paper, the separation of uranium and thorium from TRPO synthesis extraction resin (codenamed CL-5401) was studied. The pre-screening conditions of column leaching were determined by TRPO extraction paper chromatography. The column has stable performance and uses more than 30 times of effluent to be clear for the separation of uranium and thorium in phosphoric acid and phosphate rock. It has the advantages of high selectivity, strong enrichment, simple and rapid method and good separation effect. (A) The main reagent TRPO extraction resin (codenamed CL-5401, synthesized by Beijing Institute of Nuclear Research, Beijing). Containing 40-60-60% TRPO; dry packing column (ф0.8 × 5cm). Soak the water in a day, with 5% Na_2CO_3 through the column. Washed to neutral. Equilibrate with 2M HNO_3.
