党性教育是当前干部教育中一项重要内容,而充分开发利用红色资源则是推进党性教育的一条有效途径。从自身属性来看,红色资源是一种优质的党性教育资源。在开发利用的过程中要注意从理性和感性两个方面来进行转化,真正化资源优势为教学优势。除此以外,有必要认真梳理当前实践中存在的突出问题,不断提升红色教育水平,为新时期党的精神建设增添助力。
Party education is an important part of current education for cadres. To fully exploit and utilize red resources is an effective way to promote party education. From its own point of view, the red resource is a high quality party education resources. In the course of development and utilization, attention should be paid to the transformation from both rational and emotional aspects, and the real advantages of resources are the teaching advantages. In addition, it is necessary to conscientiously highlight the prominent problems in current practice, constantly improve the level of red education and add support for the party’s spiritual construction in the new period.
