1979年8、9月间,我和黄可训教授一起应新疆维吾尔自治区植保学会的邀请,到新疆参加果树害虫和昆虫区系考察.蒙自治区党政领导同志和自治区科委、科协、植保学会、八一农学院、农科院、农业局及农垦系统等单位许多同志的关怀和协助,我们得以在短期内到了南北疆的许多地方,学到了许 多东西,采到了大量标本.我们谨在此致以衷心的谢意.
In August and September 1979, together with Professor Huang Kexun and myself, at the invitation of Plant Protection Society of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, I went to Xinjiang to attend the fruit pests and insect faunal investigation in August and September 1979.
