在打眼爆破和山崖掘进开矿工作中,往往不可避免地要留下一些大矿石块,唯一的办法就是再破碎一次。瑞典阿塔拉斯·冈柯公司的专家用水来替代炸药作二次破碎,水的价格低廉,来源也较广,又不会危及环境安全。他们研制的 Kpak—200型破碎设备是由液压打眼机和固定在与打眼机身成直角之支架上的“水炮”组成的(见图)。为破碎大石块,首先要用钻眼机在岩上凿一个直径32~34公分、深80公分的炮眼,而后水炮的炮口对准炮眼口,再用泵吸水“上膛”,在一个专门的水筒中将水压提高到400个大气压。一
