滑冰教学作为我国东北地区高校的特色体育教学,针对它的特殊性,我们该如何更好地实现素质教育,体现学生的自主学习,成为我们所面临的重要问题。以元认知理论为依托,通过激发学生自主学习滑冰的需求和能力,增强学生对学习滑冰技术过程的把握,启发学生对技术本身的思考,注重学生对学习过程的反馈和方法的调整等途径提高大学生对自身认知规律的把握,培养学生学习的自我监控和调节能力,达到提高滑冰课教学质量的目的。
Skating teaching as a characteristic physical education in colleges and universities in northeast China, aiming at its particularity, how to realize quality education better and embody the students’ independent study become the important problems that we face.
